How can I see your menu?

Our menu changes frequently, so the best place to see what’s available is in our online store. We update every evening around 5pm for the next day. Pastries can sell out quickly, so we recommend ordering ahead. To ensure freshness, coffee and hot food orders may be made at the store upon arrival.

Can I order ahead of time?

Yes! Popular pastries can sell out quickly, so we encourage online ordering to get the pastries you want ahead of time. The store is restocked every evening by 5pm for the next day. Online ordering may be turned off during busy hours at the cafe. Please give your name when you arrive to pick up your order. Drinks will be made when cafe staff is notified of your arrival.

Orders will be held until cafe close at 2pm. We cannot hold items that are not picked up overnight, and no refunds, credits, or exchanges may be issued. All orders are final, and cannot be modified or refunded once placed.

Where can I park?

Street parking is available across the street on Hutchins. Street parking is also available around the shop, and is free on Sundays. Payment is available at kiosks or via the ParkHouston App.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are a cashless business, and accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Are you pet friendly?

We welcome your pets to visit our patio. Please enter through the gate on Lamar street. As per Houston Health Code: animals are not allowed in the shop, dogs must remain leashed, and owners must clean up after their pets.

What is your phone number?

We value our in person interactions with our guests, and do not have a phone. You can reach us through our contact page, or try us via Instagram. Due to high volume, we may not be able to answer all inquiries.

Are you hiring?

We are always looking for great people to add to our team. You are welcome to submit a resume, or bring one by the shop.

Where else can I find Koffeteria products? Can you provide pastries for my event?

Our pastries are available exclusively at our 1110 Hutchins St location. Pre-ordering can be done exclusively through our online store. We do not currently provide any wholesale services or catering. At this time we are not able to take special or larger orders.

My organization is tax-exempt. How can I apply this?

In order to apply for a tax exemption, we must have your order at least 48 hours in advance along with proof of 501(C)(3) status. Please reach out through our contact page. We cannot apply tax exemption to purchases made at the register, and taxes cannot refunded. Please note that we are not currently able to take special orders.

Can I host my event or meeting at your space? Can I work on my laptop?

Koffeteria is an intimate space, with limited seating, and are more suited to causal conversations and getting together with friends and families. We offer wifi to guests, but ask that you keep your work time limited during peak hours so everyone gets to sit and enjoy their food.

We do not accept reservations, and are not able to hold seating. If you are interested in full day buyouts for an event, please contact us with full event details for consideration. We are not able to provide chargers, projectors, televisions, conference tables, or printing services. Koffeteria staff is not responsible for unattended belongings.
